How do you convey something you can barely imagine yourself? For the 50th anniversary of the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation, we developed not a classic information booth for OLMA 2025, but a walk-through world to discover. Open, lively, and intuitively experienced. At its heart was a wheelchair course: visitors of all ages took a seat in a wheelchair themselves and moved through five stations tracing the path after a spinal cord injury. From the accident, through rehab, a new profession, a new everyday life, to a new life.

Rapperswil Castle is a walk-in history book: In its 700-year history, it has been the high seat of the high guard, a symbol of Habsburg rule and the new home of a Polish count with his national museum.

How does science become an experience? In the new research station at Zurich Zoo, visitors can encounter natural science at eye level. Six ultra-modern research rooms that precisely simulate tropical climate conditions form the centrepiece of this unique station.

Where the view widens, the mind opens, thoughts take flight and the horizon expands, guests experience the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch like never before. On the Brienzer Rothorn, breathtaking nature meets a sustainable vision of the future.

On behalf of the Hilti Family Foundation Liechtenstein, Steiner Sarnen Switzerland created in Schaan/FL an escape room that conveys valuable educational content on the subject of biodiversity alongside action, excitement and interactivity. What do we inherit from our ancestors? What remains of us humans after our earthly demise? A pioneering development? Formative memories? Or just junk? The Berner Generationenhaus is dedicated to a universal topic that is often hushed up: inheritance.

We have known that salt is essential for survival since biology lessons at the latest. Visitors to the "Salina Helvetica" experience exhibition learn that salt is also extremely important for economic life.

The region of Appenzell seems to be the cradle of secrets. That's why we don't want to reveal everything - just this much: The attitude towards life of an entire region fits into one bottle of Appenzeller Alpenbitter. With the "World of Herbs," we developed an experience that provides a representative home to the Swiss cult schnapps.

We were allowed to stage this special world on 1000 square meters.

In a specially staged apartment, four paraplegics provide an insight into their everyday lives. The fictitious flat-sharing community with Matteo (17), Sarah (32), Stefan (41) and Christine (68) invites visitors to explore both the shared and the private spaces.

The theme of Expo 2015 was "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life". In the Kuwaiti pavilion, we told the story of a country that consists mostly of sand and salt water and where drinking water is a precious commodity.

Probably no other building in the city of Lucerne is so transformable: The Mirror House in the ABL housing project changes with every season, with every time of day, with every moment. During the day it is almost invisible and in the evening it shines from within.

1000 years of history and still the sky right in front of your eyes: In the Museum Kloster Muri we showcased the golden age of the monastery. Visitors enjoy an impressive glance from behind the once closed monastery walls.

St. Moritz has hosted two Winter Olympics, five World Ski Championships and was the cradle of various winter sports. We took these pioneering achievements as a starting point to develop a masterplan for Corviglia and Piz Nair.

In developing Cailler's visitor experience, we were guided by the identity of the traditional chocolate brand: sensitive, sensual and poetic. An audiovisual journey through the history and production of chocolate awaits visitors. A pleasure for palate and mind.

It is our most photographed project worldwide and always causes irritation: The lighthouse on the Oberalp Pass. Even if the maritime monument is supposedly in the wrong place in the rough mountain world, the place for the tower is exactly the right one. But the project is not yet complete...

Winter-hard destinations are increasingly becoming yesterday's news. New, crowd-pleasing summer attractions are in demand. On the Plose in South Tyrol, we have created an iconographic staging for this.

The world’s steepest cogwheel train is a technical sensation, the ride an impressive experience. Lucerne's local mountain is a magnet for both tourists and locals. Our master plan included the optimization of the offers and structuring the mountain attractions as well as the public flows.

For the Feldschlösschen brewery, we were allowed to implement a guided experience tour in 2008. That was more than a while ago now, but the tour still feels as sparkling and exciting as a freshly tapped beer.

The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle near Merano are considered to be one of the most beautiful gardens in Italy. Steiner Sarnen Schweiz has mobilised all available green fingers in the creative company for this botanical gem and created a sensual and colourful world for lovers.

The Tyrolean Folk Art Museum invites you on a fascinating journey of discovery. The museum opens up a world of eight unique narrative forms. From the eerie Lucifer at the entrance to renewed rooms, traditional costumes and cribs to the impressive multimedia pre -show for the court church of Maximilian I - the museum we have redesigned combines art, history and emotion to create an unforgettable experience.

In Zermatlantis, visitors enter the sunken Zermatt village of the 19th century, uncovered by archaeologists. The highlight is the Matterhorn Show. Every half hour, the landmark mountain spectacularly collapses, asking the question: What would Zermatt be without the Matterhorn?

The Loisium WeinWelt in Langenlois, Austria, is a visually and palate-pleasing getaway for lovers of fine wines. We have brought the 900-year-old wine cellars out of hiding and into the present.

Actresses and actors instead of museum guides, bar codes instead of text panels, industrial shelfing instead of glass display cases. The play-acted tours through the museum’s collection depot showcase Lucerne's treasures. The depot becomes a living stage and stands as a prototype for the departure of museums into the third millennium.

How four teams from Steiner Sarnen Schweiz set out on an unusual Tour de Suisse, how we "saved" Expo.02 with this adventure expedition - and also a tiny bit of Swiss democracy.

Long before Google Earth, we staged the country's largest aerial photograph on a scale of 1:18,000 in Switzerland's most visited museum. On the Swiss Arena, visitors discover Switzerland in a whole new way on 350 square meters - with giant steps and felt slippers.

How do you turn a castle without a collection into a museum? By staging the fairy tale "The Cold Heart" and a bold permanent exhibition. The result is one of our most charming projects - poetic and well thought-out. Even today, the museum director says that without "The Cold Heart," the castle would be a dead museum by now.

We have interwoven key scenes from world-famous fairy tales into a new glass fairy tale in a mechanical theater. Full of poetry, the tragically touching story of "Znirp and Nisseznirp" (backwards for "Prinz und Prinzessin", German for Prince and Princess) is revealed to the audience.

At Glasi Hergiswil, visitors are not just spectators. With our staging, we turn them into participants. Here, glass and its manufacturing becomes an experience that can be experienced and grasped. The exhibitions "Shaped by Fire" and "Phenomenal Glass" have inspired millions of people since 1992.
